No. Existing clients get help with the site we built for them, but we're also happy to help local homes and businesses with email, accounts, devices and general tech problems.

Where do you travel to?

We're based in Simpsonville and cover Greenville and the surrounding Upstate communities. If you're a little further out, get in touch and we'll let you know.

Can you help remotely instead?

Yes. Plenty of problems can be fixed over a call or screen share. We'll suggest whichever option gets you sorted fastest.

What should I have ready before you arrive?

The devices involved, any logins you have access to, and a short list of what's been going wrong. If you've lost a password, don't worry. Recovering access is part of what we do.
